The History Behind Our Heating and Air Conditioning Expertise

Bloch Heating got its start back in 1955, when founder Warren Bloch opened Bloch Appliance Service right out of his Cedarburg home. Back then, the business serviced all major home appliances and furnaces.
 
Warren’s son, Randy, started in the HVAC industry in 1983 and, in 1996, took over and expanded the heating division to include air conditioning systems and service for all brands. Randy quickly became “the Answer Man” in the Cedarburg area, earning the trust of homeowners with knowledgeable advice and dependable solutions to issues they faced. Randy and his wife, Connie, have built Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning to become the community pillar it is today.
 
Randy’s nephew, Brandon, joined the business in 2011 as a maintenance technician and worked his way up to service manager. In his tenure as service manager, Brandon has been an integral part of Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning, guided by the values and principles that have shaped our success.
 
In 2026, Brandon and his wife, Tabitha, have taken the reins and are committed to carrying the company forward with the same values of honesty and integrity that our customers have relied on for decades. While Randy and Connie remain very much involved with the business, Brandon and Tabitha are well-positioned to lead the company into its next chapter.
 
Bloch is proud and excited to still be one of the few locally owned family companies around, allowing them to establish and enjoy great friendships with their customers. Brandon and Tabitha remain committed to serving our community with the same personal service that has defined Bloch since 1955.
