About Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning
Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning got its start in 1955 when founder Warren Bloch opened for business right out of his Cedarburg home. The business began by servicing primarily washing machines, but soon expanded to include all major appliances and, in 1983, heating and air conditioning.
Today, Bloch Services is split into two different companies—Warren’s son Randy runs Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning while his other son, Eric, heads up Bloch Appliance Service. We are also proud to have a third generation of the Bloch family working to help build the customer-first culture that Ozaukee and Washington County homeowners have come to know and love—Brandon Bloch, service manager for Bloch Heating & Air Conditioning, ensures our customers’ needs are met.
Why Choose Us?
We’re not salespeople—we’ll never sell you on anything you don’t need or wouldn’t put in our own homes. Our job is to sit down with you, listen to you and learn about your needs, and determine the best possible solution to keep you as comfortable as possible. Every job we take must answer three simple questions:

And as a pro ranked in the country’s top six percent in North American Technician Excellence (NATE), Randy is one of the top experts you can have working on your heating and cooling systems.
Need Custom Ductwork? We’ve Got You Covered
Bloch Heating is your go-to contractor for custom ductwork and retrofitting, too. Our team takes everything from register placement to furniture and windows into account.
